INGREDIENTS:
½ kg mutton chops
1 cup onion paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper
Roast and grind the following :
2 cloves
1" stick cinnamon
2 cardamom
a few pepper corn
1 tsp jeera
1 tbsp oil
1 cup curd
METHOD
Saute onion, ginger and garlic paste
to a nice brown colour.
Add mutton chops and fry for 5
minutes. Add all spices and curds and
1 cup water and pressure cooker for 10
minutes.
Serve hot with paranthas sprinkling
coriander leaves. |
