CARROT AND ORANGE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup carrots (grated)
½ cup cabbage (shredded)
4-5 oranges
lettuce leaves
orange dressing to pour
salt to sprinkle
¾ cup olive oil
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup of vinegar
1/8 cup costar sugar
2 tsp tulsi leaves

METHOD


Peel oranges and slice them and arrange over a bed of lettuce. Put cabbage shreds over orange slices and top with grated carrots. Mix oil, orange juice, vinegar, sugar, tulsi leaves in a bottle. Shake well and pour over the bed of fruits and vegetables. Serve chilled.
