INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp cornflour
½ cup orange juice
½ cup orange squash
1 fresh pineapple
3 apples
3 bananas
2 cucumbers
3 tomatoes
1 cup orange segments
1 tsp lime juice
a pinch of cinnamon
½ cup walnuts (chopped)
½ cup dates (chopped)
salt to taste
METHOD
Mix orange juice, orange splash and
corn flour in a pan. Heat and stir
till the mixture become thick. Remove
and keep aside. Put cubes of
pineapple, apple, banana, cucumber in
a dish. Mix in vedges of tomatoes,
orange segments, chopped walnut dates,
lime juice and salt. Pour in the
thickened sauce. Toss and chill and
serve on a bed of cabbage.
