INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh cream
¾ cup oil
1 tsp mustard seeds powder
½ cup of salt
¼ tsp white pepper
3 tsp castor sugar
3 tsp lemon juice
METHOD
Mix everything and whisk them with a
rotary or spring beater till stiff and
no specks of oil are seen on top. If
any oil droplets still float on top,
add a few drops of lemon juice.
