250
gm ordinary wheat flour
50 gm Sooji (Semolina)
water to kneat
Oil To Fry
INGREDIENTS:for filling
2-3
boiled patatos cut into small pieces
boiled channa's (gram)
INGREDIENTS:For Gol Gappa Paani
Either pani puri ready mix
In required pani puri mix add as
desired
2-3 spoons of lemon syrup
black salt as per taste
little Bhuna zeera powder
Red chilli powder as per taste
OR
prepare Gol Gappa paani yourself - For
that
one litre water
Black Salt powder as per taste
salt to taste
1½ tsp roasted zeera powder
green coriander leaves
2-3 green chilli paste
Pudina leaves paste
Soak sabut amchoor in water for 1-2
hrs
black pepper powder as per taste
red chilli powder as per taste
for Saunth (optional)
Saboot Imly soaked for 2-3 hrs
Black Salt powder to taste
Salt to Taste
Bhuna Zeera poder to taste
Sugar
Finely cut ginger
Chuara finely cut into small
stripes(optional
Take out imly pulp add all the
ingredents and boil for 4-5
minutes.Keep it thick as per liking.
Store and use it as when desired.
METHOD
FOR MAKING GOL GAPPA
Mix wheat flour and sooji and knead it
with water.Make hard dough and knead
well for 10 minutes.check the dough by
breaking a small piece it should be
crisp.The sooji or semoline is added
to make gol gappas crisp.
One pinch of dough and make small
round balls and then flatn it like
puri but of the size of a gol
gappa.One pinch dough will make nice
small gol gappa.Dont't make it too
thin ,slightly thick piece will be
good.Keep them on a moist cloth and
also cover it with a moist cloth.Like
this make gol gappa's of all the dough
and keep it aside.
Then add cooking oil in a karahi and
keep it on high fire.When oil is ready
add one gol gappa at a time and
quickly take it out as soon as it is
fluppy like puri.Keep it in a
parath.After this first exercise again
add These well blown gol gappas in
very hot oil and using two hathas like
halwai take it out real fast.This is
done to make them crisp.
For Gol Gappa Paani
Mix all the ingredents in the water
add little ice to make it cool.Taste
it and add more ingredents as per your
liking.
Serve Gol Gappas with paani,cut boiled
patato small pieces,boiled channa and
