INGREDIENTS:
100 gm Maida
100 gm Khoya
400 gms Sugar
200 ml Milk
300 ml. Water
250 gms Ghee (for frying)
1 teaspoon Rose Water
3-4 pcs Cardamom Powder
METHOD
1.Mix maida,khoya and milk.Make sure
that there are no lumps in the batter.
2.Heat ghee in a shallow flat frying
pan.Pour the batter with a round
serving spoon in the pan,to make small
pancakes.
3.Fry on a medium flame till light
brown.While taking out,press between
two spatulas to drain out excess ghee
4.Meanwhile , make sugar syrup o 1/2
string consistency,and add rose water
and cardamom powder to it
5.Now add he pancakes to it and let it
soak for 12-15 minutes
6.Serve it in a plate,garnish with
shredded almonds and powdered
cardamom.
This batter will make about 25 pcs and
will take 30 minutes
