INGREDIENTS:
4 slices bread
oil for deep frying
1 cup sugar
¼ cup water
1 tbsp cream
10-12 pistachios (grouns)
4 cardamoms (ground)
METHOD
Cut bread into quarters. Fry each in
oil till they are light brown. Drain
and keep aside.
Mix water, sugar and cardamom in a
syrup by boiling.
Dip fried bread in syrup and quickly
take out. Pour cream at the time of
serving and sprinkle pista. |
