INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rice
1 litre milk
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp saffron
4 cardamoms
10-12 cashew nuts
10-12 pista chios
10-12 raisins
METHOD
Wash rice and soak in 2 cups of milk
for 4 hours.
Grind soaked rice with the milk. Boil
the remaining milk with sugar,
saffron, cardamoms.
Put ground rice and put on low flame
for 10-15 minutes stirring
continuously.
Chill and serve adding pistachios,
raisins and cashew nuts. |
