INGREDIENTS:
140 gm Flour (maida)
115 gm Sugar
85 gm Fat
1/4tsp Na2Co3
Few DropsVanella Essence
METHOD
Sieve the flour and baking Powder.Mix
Sugar & Fat nicely.Mix the entire mass
nicely .
Add Vanilla Essence and mix it well
Then fold the flour nicely by additing
milk or water to get the right
consistency.
Then keep it in refrigerator for 15
minutes.
Then roll it out and cut into 16
portions.Make the round balls and
arrange it on the baking sheet
Bake it at 325 f for about 35 minutes |
