INGREDIENTS:

cup black dal (urad whole)
¼ cup rajmah
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp jeera
¼ cup cream
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp garam masala
For garnishing:
Coriander leaves
METHOD:
Soak dal and rajmah overnight.
Pressure cook adding salt, ginger,
garlic till the mixture is well cooked
and tender.
Mix well and keep aside. In ghee fry
onion, jeera till they are pink, add
tomatoes and fry for another 3-4
minutes. Mix in the cooked dal.
At the time of serving, add cream and
garam masala and garnish with
coriander leaves.
