INGREDIENTS:

onion (chopped)
1 capsicum (chopped)
1 cup cauliflower (cubed)
1 tsp ginger (chopped)
1 tsp garlic (chopped)
1 tsp green chilli (chopped)
½ cup carrot (chopped)
½ cup beans (chopped)
½ cup cabbage (chopped)
½ cup peas (chopped)
½ cup potatoes (chopped)
½ cup ketch up
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
4 cardamoms (ground)
½ tsp garam masala
¼ cup of fresh cream
2 tbsp oil
For garnishing:
Coriander leaves
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
METHOD:
In a karahi, heat oil and add the
chopped vegetables at an interval of
two minutes each in the order given
and stir-fry uncovered: beans,
cauliflower, potatoes, onions, peas,
carrots, ginger, garlic, capsicum,
cabbage, green chilli.
After 2 minutes of adding green chilli,
put in salt, cardamom, chilli powder,
garam masala and ketch up.
Mix all well for another 2 minutes.
Add cream before serving and garnish
with coriander leaves and disiccated
coconut.
