PERSIAN PANEER

INGREDIENTS:

1 onion
2 tsp garlic
½ cup curd
½ tsp salt
½ tsp red pepper
½ tsp dhania powder
1 tbsp oil
2 cups paneer cubes
1 cup onion wedges
1 cup capsicum wedges

METHOD:

Grind onion and garlic in a mixie. Use curd for grinding.
Add spices and grind again. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paste till it turns pink.

Add paneer cubes, onions, capsicum wedges and ½ cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve hot.
